We want you to love your Alore Metals jewellery. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our returns and refund guidelines below.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for non-personalised items, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Personalised & Custom Orders
Customised or engraved items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or mistake on our part. Please contact us immediately if there is an issue.
How to Request a Return
- Email laxmirekha.parella@gmail.com with your order number, photos (if damaged/defective), and reason for return.
- We will review and send return authorisation and instructions if the return is accepted.
- Ship the item back using a tracked and insured method. Keep proof of postage until refund is processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). In case of an Alore Metals error, we will cover return shipping.
Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed and credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct in-person exchanges. To exchange, place a new order and return the original item per the return instructions.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at laxmirekha.parella@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Final Sale Items
Clearance or final-sale items are non-returnable. Any exceptions will be communicated at purchase.
